Highlights

The avalanche hazard is LOW this morning at all elevations and will quickly rise to MODERATE in the low and mid elevations and CONSIDERABLE in the upper elevation as warm temperatures and early morning sun heat and weaken the snowpack. In upper elevations, isolated pockets of surface slab could be human triggered in steep avalanche starting zones. As daily warming occurs, loose and wet slides could also be seen at all elevations.
