Særleg første del av dagen kan det vere lett å løyse ut flakskred i fersk fokksnø som har blitt danna laurdag.

Utover dagen vil temperaturen stige og då kan det gå våte skred stadig høgare til fjells. Det kan gå både laussnø- og flakskred i snøen som ikkje har vore utsett for varme tidlegare, og glideskred kan førekomme.

Det har vore skiftande vêr den siste veka, og det har både vore snøbyger, vind, klarvêr og tidvis mildvêr. Mildvêret har nådd til ca. 800 – 1000 moh, og det er både skare, fokksnø og ubunden snø i i snøoverflata. Lengst ut på kysten er det generelt lite snø.
