Avalanche Summary

Steep slopes on the north and east sides of the mountain are the most likely places to trigger an avalanche where you find more than a foot of new snow. As winds ramp up, slabs will grow and become more dangerous on these aspects. Stick to lower-angle slopes or choose southerly-facing terrain where harder crusts below are less problematic.
