The general avalanche hazard at all elevations is Low in the early morning, quickly increasing to Moderate by mid-morning and then Considerable in the afternoon today. The chance of natural and skier triggered wet slides will increase today as temperatures rise and the snow surface softens. This activity will be most likely on steep snow covered slopes, particularly at higher elevations, in sunlit areas.
