On Sunday, avalanches large enough to bury or injure a human are unlikely. Nevertheless, continue to monitor the snow surface for signs of instability, especially on steep, sunny slopes during the warmest part of the day. 

The warm, sunny weather pattern hasn't produced significant loose wet avalanche activity in the past couple of days. On Sunday, temperatures will rise into the mid-40s Fahrenheit; however, overnight lows will be dropping closer to freezing or below freezing. These relatively cooler temperatures will reduce the avalanche danger. 

If you venture onto steep, sunny slopes on Sunday, continue monitoring the surface snow for signs of instability: snowballs and pinwheels rolling down a slope are good indicators, as well as paying attention to how deep your boots or skis sink into slushy snow. If you're unsure about snowpack stability, move to lower angle slopes or shaded terrain where soft snow can still be found!
