Some snow will fall in particular along the border with France. Over a wide area less snow than usual is lying. Adjacent to ridgelines and in pass areas as well as in high Alpine regions snow depths vary greatly, depending on the infuence of the wind.

The snowpack will be generally favourable.
The snowpack will be well bonded in all aspects. Light snowfall at intermediate altitudes: This applies in particular along the border with France. Some fresh snow as well as local small wind slabs can be released by a single winter sport participant in isolated cases.
