Highlights
A skier may trigger wet loose snow avalanches where the snow surface is wet, loose, and soft. Steep sun-exposed slopes with exposed rocks and cliffs are most susceptible. Where the snow surface is hard and icy, the snowpack is stable, but there is an increased risk of slipping in steep terrain. At higher elevations, small wind slabs may have formed in southeast-facing lee slopes. Pay attention to whether these slabs have stabilized.

En skiløper kan løse ut våte løssnøskred der snøoverflaten er våt, løs og myk. Bratte solvendte heng med framstikkende steiner og klipper er mest utsatt. Der snøoverflaten er hard og isete er snødekket stabilt, men det er økt fare for utglidning i bratt terreng.

Snowpack Structure
Dalførene øst i regionen er bare opp til omtrent 600 moh. Forrige uke kom det en del nysnø nordøst i regionen rundt Haukeli. Generelt er snøen smelteomdannet, særlig i solsidene. Der er skare i skyggesider og høytliggende områder over 1000 moh.
