Highlights

The avalanche hazard will increase on steep slopes with slick old snow surfaces as significant new snowfall accumulations occur. Loose snow sluffs and small soft slab avalanches could release naturally or be triggered by humans. Small avalanches on steep confined slopes and in cliff areas can seriously hurt or kill humans.
