Highlights
The avalanche danger remains generally LOW. A spotty MODERATE danger exists along the upper east facing ridges where a person could trigger a wind drift or cornice.
Snow and Weather
Current Conditions: The new snow from Tuesday night is dense and contains mostly graupel. It was a bit windy along the ridgetops but pleasant down off the ridges.
Mountain Weather: Through the weekend, we are basically under a ridge of high pressure with some moisture spilling over in the form of clouds and a few week storms that slide through. We'll see some clouds today and a slight chance of snow on Friday. Saturday looks partly cloudy. High temperatures are going to get into the upper 20s to low 30s through the weekend. The wind looks generally light through the weekend. I don't see any larger storms for the next couple of weeks.
