    Your only concern today would be finding a lingering wind drift that still could be sensitive. The danger trend is decreasing and chances for triggering something become less each day. If you were to find trouble it would be in steep wind loaded upper elevation north through east facing terrain.

    Overall, the snowpack is mostly stable and you can travel to most places without worrying about avalanche danger.

Snow and Weather

Current Conditions: Wind has been light from the southwest over the last 24 hours. Temperatures got into the upper 30s on Sunday and dropped back into the mid 20s overnight. Riding conditions remain good on upper elevation northerly facing terrain.

Mountain Weather: Today we'll see mostly cloudy skies with the minor chance for light snow this afternoon. High temperatures will get into the mid 30s and wind from the southwest will increase into the moderate speed category. A broad storm trough starts to move through tonight. It will close off and spin to our south producing periods of snow through Thursday or even into Friday. This is not the ideal storm pattern for us but we should get some snow. None of these impulses will produce all that much snow but we could see 10" total by Friday.
