You could find shallow, isolated wind drifts where you could trigger a very small slide, and loose avalanches may run on underlying crusts. However, with just a few inches of fresh snow, avalanches will be mostly inconsequential in all but extremely steep terrain.

Stevens Pass picked up around 3" of fresh snow on Sunday night that fell on melt-freeze crusts on south, east, and west aspects. On northerly aspects, weak, faceted snow could be buried and preserved at upper elevations. With more snow on the way for Wednesday, now is a good time to track surface conditions and the bond to the underlying crust. As we enter spring, these weak layers can be more isolated and tricky to pin down. At upper elevations, very shallow wind slabs may form on steep slopes below ridgelines. However, if wind slabs rest on weak snow surfaces, they can be surprisingly reactive despite their small size. These small avalanches won't pose much of a hazard unless you're seeking out extremely steep terrain. Last week, Stevens Pass picked up 1-1.5 ft of snow, accompanied by strong westerly winds. We don't have much field data for upper elevations, but there is extensive wind effect, and observers reported natural wind slabs in White Pine Cirque. We expect these large older wind slabs to be isolated and difficult to trigger by now, but uncertainty remains.
Steep, sunny slopes have thick surface crusts just underneath the new snow, and travel could be quite slippery. On due south aspects, the crust is more likely to be supportable, while east and west aspects might be thinner and breakable. Prepare for low snow cover, open creeks, and icy surfaces, which create various travel hazards.
