Mostly stable snow exist. The potential for humans to trigger hard slab avalanches with depths to three feet is limited to extreme terrain and isolated areas on northerly aspects at the upper elevations. Suspect areas include very steep, rocky terrain where faceted snow persist at the base of the snowpack and the snow cover is thinner.

Skies are forecast to remain partly cloudy. Temperatures will fall to near 20 degrees overnight and rise into the 30s on Wednesday. Winds will be light from the west.The general avalanche hazard is expected to be LOW in the Teton and Greys River areas and be MODERATE in the Togwotee Pass area. Mostly stable snow exist, however isolated areas of instability exist on steep, northerly aspects at the upper elevations. In these areas some potential persist to trigger hard slab avalanches up to three feet in depth in steep, rocky areas with faceted snow at the base of the snowack.
