Highlights
At mid and upper elevations soft slabs up to 3 feet in depth have been and will be triggerd by skiers on wind loaded exposures. These slabs were created by strong predominantly southwest ridgetop winds. With the increase in snow yesterday afternoon larger slabs could be triggered today by skiers, snowboarders or snowmobilers. At low elevations avalanches are unlikely except for isolated pockets in steep areas.
