The upcoming days will be dominated by a high-pressure system and dry air masses in the eastern Alps. On Tuesday, after a cool night sunny mountain weather, only short-term cloudy is called. The sunny weather can be slightly clouded by high veil clouds. Weak southern winds. Temperatures at noon are around 1 to 2 degrees in 2.000 m.

The avalanche danger is in general low. Nevertheless small loose wet-snow avalanches are possible during the course of the day. These are coming predominantly from extremly steep, rocky slopes.
Snowpack Structure
The snow base has settled and is predominantly stable. The snow surface is mostly icy or with hoar. The surface in sunny areas gets quickly moist and wet.
