After a hard overnight frost the freezing level will rise well above the summits during the afternoon. Observed Weather Influences: It was a bright sunny dry day with light winds. After an overnight frost the freezing level rose to just above the summits, though shaded areas remained cold. ObservedSnowStability: The snow cover is very limited and is stable in all locations.
