Snødekket er generelt stabilt etter flere dager med mildvær. Det ventes klarvær natt til onsdag så snøoverflaten vil sannsynligvis fryse til skare der det har vært mildt. Vær oppmerksom på faren for å skli på skaren i bratt terreng. Sola er enda ikke sterk nok til å varme opp snøen noe særlig, kanskje med unntak av svært bratte sørvendte heng. På de høyeste toppene kan det finnes tørr fokksnø.
Snowpack Structure
Det har vært mildvær i regionen siden fredag, med plussgrader opp til ca. 800 moh og tidvis litt regn. På de høyeste fjelltoppene kan det fortsatt finnes fokksnø, denne har for bundet seg godt til gammel skare. I lavlandet har en god del snø smeltet bort.
