Be careful, many rocks hidden by fresh snow. The more recent wind slabs are small and in some cases prone to triggering.

The fresh snow of the weekend as well as local wind slabs are lying on top of a weakly bonded old snowpack in particular on shady slopes. Wind slabs can in some places be released by people. This applies especially at transitions from a shallow to a deep snowpack, especially in pass areas in gullies and bowls, and behind abrupt changes in the terrain, especially on very steep slopes. Restraint should be exercised because avalanches can sweep people along and give rise to falls.

5 to 15 cm of snow will fall in the early morning above approximately 2000 m. 5 to 10 cm of snow, but less in some localities, fell on Thursday. The southwesterly wind has transported the new snow. In all aspects snow depths vary greatly above approximately 2200 m, depending on the infuence of the wind. On steep sunny slopes below approximately 2600 m a little snow is lying. At low and intermediate altitudes from a snow sport perspective, in most cases insufficient snow is lying.
