Avalanche conditions are generally safe, but you could still trigger a small slide in isolated or extreme terrain. If you were to trigger a slide, it would be from a shallow spot on a very steep slope.

Recent cool temperatures and strong winds have helped put wet snow issues at bay for now. Watch for rising avalanche danger with warm temperatures arriving Wednesday and extending into the weekend.
