Avalanche Summary

With more snow than expected and continued drifting from westerly winds, the chances of triggering a small avalanche are on the rise. Look for firmer, rounded drifts below steep ridges and terrain features on the eastern half of the compass as places to avoid. Cracking along the snow surface is a good indication of this problem.
