Highlights

Isolated pockets of soft slab up to 12 inches deep exist at the upper elevations and could be human triggered. Older hard slabs up to 4 feet in depth persist at the mid and upper elevations. These DANGEROUS hard slabs could be human triggered today especially by snowmachines high marking on avalanche prone terrain. Cooler temperatures and crust have contributed to snowpack stability at the lower elevations.
