Highlights
Slabs up to two feet in depth could be human triggered this morning on steep wind loaded aspects at the mid and upper elevations. With new snow and wind in the forecast the hazard at these elevatins will increase as new slabs form on a weak layer of well devloped surface hoar. If triggered these slabs could step down to buried weak layers of faceted snow or the ground surface. The general avalanche hazard at the lower elevations will also increase late in the day as new slabs form on weak faceted snow and suncrusts.
