Highlights

Isolated pockets of soft slab exist on steep, shaded aspects at upper elevations and could be human triggered. These slides could pull out deeper snow layers. Cold temperatures should hold the snowpack together this morning but warming during the day will quickly cause sloughs from last night's snow and rapidly weaken crusts increasing the avalanche hazard.
