Avalanche Summary

You can trigger small avalanches in the recently drifted snow on easterly-facing aspects at upper elevations. Most of these avalanches will be harmless, but they may grow large enough to knock you off your feet and send you for a dangerous ride, so be careful what terrain is below you.

On other slopes, you may be able to trigger avalanches on weak layers buried about three feet deep. It is getting harder to trigger avalanches on this layer, but if you find a weak spot you could trigger a large dangerous avalanche.
