At the upper elevations and in isolated terrain features at the mid elevations increased westerly winds have formed fresh pockets of wind slab up to two feet in depth. These slabs and loose snow sloughs could be triggered by skiers and riders who venture into steep avalanche prone terrain features. Periods of sunshine or intense snow shower activity could increase the sensitivity of thes slides to human triggers.
