Recent wind has varied in direction, so watch for wind slabs on all aspects.
A rider triggered size 1.5 wind slab was reported on a northwest aspect in the alpine on Saturday. See MIN.

Up to 15 cm forecast snow and southwest wind may form wind slabs on lee features at treeline and above. Recent wind has varied in direction, so watch for wind slabs on all aspects.
Below the new snow is a crust everywhere except true north facing terrain at upper elevations.
The facet/crust layer that produced large avalanches during early March is down 80 to 150 cm. It is currently considered to be dormant in most locations.
Many areas below treeline are either snow free or have very thin snow coverage. Expect difficult travel at lower elevations.

Cloudy with flurries, 3 to 15 cm snow during the day and another 5 to 15 cm overnight. 30 to 40 km/h south ridgetop wind. Treeline temperature -2 °C. Freezing level 1600 m.
Tuesday
Mix of sun and cloud. 10 to 20 km/h southwest ridgetop wind. Treeline temperature -1 °C. Freezing level 1600 m.
Wednesday
Mix of sun and cloud. 10 to 20 km/h southwest ridgetop wind. Treeline temperature 0 °C. Freezing level 1700 m.
