The snowpack remains generally stable. From a snow sport perspective, in most cases insufficient snow is lying.

In some localities up to 5 cm of snow will fall from the afternoon above approximately 1600 m. Only a little snow is lying. As a consequence of rising temperatures and solar radiation a crust formed on the surface during the last few days, in particular on sunny slopes, as well as on shady slopes below approximately 2400 m.

The snowpack will be generally well bonded. The avalanche prone locations are very rare. In steep terrain there is a danger of falling on the hard crust. From a snow sport perspective, in most cases insufficient snow is lying.
