Avalanche Summary

Strong winds and heavy snowfall will create very dangerous avalanche conditions throughout the day. Travel in avalanche terrain is not recommended during this time. Small avalanches could fail naturally on many steep slopes, and larger avalanches will be easy to trigger on north to east-facing slopes where thick slabs form over weaker snow.
