Highlights

The General Avalanche Hazard is LOW. Mostly stable snow exist and avalanches are unlikely except on very steep northerly aspects above 8,500 feet. On these aspects isolated pockets of old slab up to 18 inches in depth persist. These isolated slabs lie upon a hard early November crust and could be human triggered. Steep avalanche starting zones above terrain traps, cliff bands, rock outcrops and other obstacles should be avoided.
