Rain leads to an increased danger of wet avalanches in steep terrain at higher elevations. The snowpack has been exposed to several periods of warm weather and will likely handle the rainfall relatively well. Shaded slopes at higher elevations are probably the most exposed, as layered snow structures may still be present there.

Høye temperaturer og nedbør som regn vil øke sannsynligheten for våte løssnøskred. Høyt til fjells i nordvendte sider kan det fortsatt finnes lagdeling i snødekket. Ved kraftig regn og snøsmelting kan vann trenge ned i snødekket og svekke disse lagene, noe som kan føre til naturlig utløste våte flakskred. Glideskred kan også forekomme der vann samler seg over glatte underlag som svaberg. I tillegg kan skavler svekkes og knekke når temperaturen stiger.
Stort sett er det smelteomvandla snødekke, men det kan fortsatt være lagdeling igjen i høyden i nord- og østvendte sider.
The snow is mainly stable, but it is possible to trigger small avalanches in steep terrain where the snow is very wet. Keep a safe distance to cornices and glide cracks.
