Corn and sugar snow on the sunny east aspects, hard variable suncups and rain layer winter like boiler not chalk on the north aspects in the shade. Few inches of boot penetration off the skis. No signs of instability or pinwheels. Good day overall but turned around at 8600' due to solo. Temps in high 50s.
