Snowpack

The new slab formed since Valentine's Day is around 50cm thick in this area, which lines up given the slightly lower snow totals. On sunny aspects, a crust/facet layer similar to other regions is our new layer of concern. It is not reactive in ECTs, but does propagate in PSTs. We didn't find a crust on north-facing slopes (not surprised), but the interface with older facets is very distinct. Overall, I could see the impending warmup settling out concerns on the southern half of the compass, but I'm unsure what it will do on shady north aspects.
