The light snowfall over the last few days is in the process of being redistributed. Storm totals since the 27th were difficult to determine, I would guess 20cms. The benches of moonlight were stripped to old surfaces with fresh wind slab on lee slopes that were soft (fist-4 finger). Touchy wind slabs 4-8 inches deep existed 50 feet or so below rollovers due to strength of wind and low density snow. The sensitivity of these slabs was notable, especially were they overlie faceted snow.
Shooting cracks within the freshly winloaded snow up to 50' in length

Snowpack
Surface instabilities exist on lee aspects with slab depth dependant upon terrain, but could range from 4-24 inches. The new wind slabs overlie facets in some locations making them very sensitiive (touchy). The snowpack beneath these new windslabs is currently stable due to a lack of load, but consists of facets. Wind exposed areas are stripped to the ground in many places.
Avalanche
Small natural were observed on top loaded lopes.
