Quick report
Toured from people’s gate to poore lake. Found surface hoar from 6800’ to 7200’. Especially in the meadow. Inversion temps were noted from the meadow up to poore lake. All kinds of surface conditions were found on all aspects. Shaded areas held cold soft snow, while some east aspects had crust or were cold facet powder. W and all S aspects showed effects of warming with small roller balls off of rocks. Best skiing was found in N/NE aspects in the trees with nice facet powder developing. Clear sky’s, no wind, and well above freezing temps.
