High to extreme wind. Using kestrel 2500 for recording; 40-45mph sustained w/ occasional gusts up to 53mph. 4.3°c ambient 2m AGL, -3.1°c wind chill. Surface conditions are very hard pack/slush off groomed runs with intermittent post hole. Groomed runs very firm with occasional icy spots.
