Moist to wet surface snow BTL, 9500’ and below on westerly aspects. Widespread rollerballs, both natural and skier triggered. Some small wet loose avalanches originating in rocky areas. Wet/sticky surface snow was beginning to refreeze and develop an unpleasant crust.
