- <p>Biggest issue on exposed ridges is major wind loading. I imagine cornices grew significantly during the storm and will be somewhat easy to trigger. Noticed a few loose wet slides in some of the river chutes by Blind Hollow and at the Dugway. Roller balls were observed from Blind Hollow down canyon. Expect sun/warmth related activity as soon as the sun peaks through. Current activity just within new snow. </p>
It felt like winter today though temps were mid-20's. Cloud cover helped keep warming realted activity in check, for now.
Snowpack
Cool temps kept the snow from getting dense though any split second of sun will change that.
