Weather
Pleasant weather below tree line. Sunny with temps in the 30s. Consistent moderate winds throughout the day. There was not too much snow left up high for the winds to blow around but we observed a bit of transport.
Snowpack
Dug around in the snow briefly on a west facing aspect around 10,600ft. HS 45cm; all equal density fist hard facets top to bottom. There were some areas of harder wind packed snow; the largest HS I noted was 62cm. I did find evidence of some larger basal facets starting to striate.
