Quick report

The Clear Creek climbing route has seen significant warmth and sunshine, quickly melting the majority of the surrounding snow. Most of the route is now snow free, with a few extended patches of snow between 10,000 and 12,000 feet. If firm, these patches can still present a serious hazard. Ice axe, crampons, and helmet are still recommended while climbing above the springs. Above 12,000 feet, the route is largely snow free until reaching the summit plateau.

The springs have melted out, and are easily accessible. Please be kind to the surrounding area, this zone is quite sensitive and is a crucial water source.
