Quick report
Beauty of a day for some early season laps. Dug a pit at ~2300. Rain crust under about 20cm of soft snow, buried surface hoar at about 30cm. Base is bonding well. CT 24 on rain crust layer ECTP 12 on buried surface hoar layer. Saw evidence of old avalanche above where we skied. The ski down had soft snow until ~2000ft where the crust began.
