Widespread surface hoar in open terrain from TH to bottom of Source Lake Fan (3810’) 2-3 cm breakable crust from TH to high point at 3810’ Prominent crusts down 50 cm and 100cm at 3400’; down 60cm and 135 cm at 3810’ Passable skin track, rugged in the trees. Valley fog to ~4000’, cleared to Source Lake at noon.
