Quick report
Headed to the Nipple in Buttler Fork via Mill D North, no new signs of instability noted today. Had a look into the Wilson Chutes, and Soldier Fork, no signs of any recent activity but still not ready to dive into the steep N facing lines on the Millcreek BBC divide, plus the NE facing terrain in both drainages are a bit wind hammered from the E-NE winds. Surface hoar growth was noted in the bottom of drainages but not up higher on the actual ski runs. At this point I'm hopping the winds cease and a few cold clear nights might break down the wind damage in the higher alpine and make it more user friendly. Thinking moderate except in terrain that continues to get wind loaded from the E--NE winds

Another day of stellar powder in the non-wind damaged terrain, south facing was getting damp during the day and will be crusted tomorrow, wind damage was the theme in the exposed high alpine.
