12" Storm total (1.15" SWE). Blizzard conditions all day. Max temp. 14/13 deg. Cold front arrived around 1000 and ridgetop temps dropped to the single digits. SW-W 30-40 G 70's Max gust this afternoon 88mph. Snow seemed to taper off late afternoon but was hard to tell from the wind transport.

Shallow DL this morning on terrain >35 deg. As the precip. picked up ski quality rapidly improved and reactive storm slabs started to develop on W & E aspects. S aspects BTL were more wind affected. with a mix of deeper areas and lightly scoured areas and a few wind slabs specific to terrain features.

Several storm slabs 4-6" thick on W aspects BTL propagating up to 75'. Shallow very touchy storm slabs on E aspects 4" thick on old MFC. Hard to see but briefly observed 1 Size 2 off the S face of ruby skiers rt side below the cornice.
