Quick report
Blotchy snow coverage to the base of Palmer then thin coverage of wind blown hard snow. Boot packed from the top of Palmer to the Hogsback. Some blown in areas of 1/2” of softer snow over hard pack. Many rocks exposed. On the Hogsback there was good snow coverage but wind blown; very edgeable with skis. This observation was taken during a rescue for a fallen climber. There is just enough snow to ski the ajka down to the lodge.
