isolated

Observed isolated cracking and small collapses on shaded aspects above 9000'. One party member triggered slow-moving sluff that entrained more snow than expected, but still D1. Well-preserved surface hoar observed 5-20cm deep on low-angle, north to west aspects. Stubborn wind slabs (5-30cm; N to NW aspects) were unreactive but present.
