Quick report
Sunny and warm at the Pass. Surfaces at the Summit refroze overnight, becoming supportable to boots and skis. A huge thank-you to the Summit for reopening the Nordic trails this weekend -- skating was very fun and fast this morning. Surface hoar (see photos) survived/grew -- plenty of glittering flakes to ~8mm at the top of Silver Fir at 3:30pm today. No crowns observed, but plenty of smaller scale wet activity was evident by afternoon, with new wet slides appearing and a few gouging a little bit.
Avalanche
See photos -- wet slides to ~D1.5 in various locations around the Pass.
