We could see this small natural slide looking south from the top of Beartrap Glades. Looks like it occurred yesterday (12/23) or the day before, following the most recent storm. Probably about 5-6" of new snow failing on the old crust or facets.
Heard and felt minor whumping and collapsing during our tour in Beartrap Fork on NW facing slopes. S/SE have a crust under the new snow. Definitely spicy out there.
