Travel in untracked terrain ranged between boot to knee deep. Below 4800' it was not hot pow nor was it cold pow. I guess you could call it balmy pow. Closer to 4000' I was able to get small loose wet slides going on very steep shots at the same interface that the slide at 4600' was triggered on.

Reactive isolated pockets of storm snow observed today on NE aspects near 4600' as well as more stubborn wet loose avalanche conditions closer to 4000'. 20250320 13:45 SS-ASc-R1-D1-O NE Aspect Stormy's 4600' 35 cm crown; 15' wide; 150' fall. The slab was 4F and slid on a layer of 1F hard snow with preserved PP.
