Quick report

Surprisingly high wind speeds with a mix of S and then E winds. Didn’t observe much snow transport in the air, but it was quickly filling skin tracks and eventually ski tracks. Thin wind slabs w isolated thicker spots, like the one we triggered.

Triggered a wind slab avalanche at 9700 ft on N aspects in Bronco chute. Small 4” 10 foot wide ski triggered avalanche triggered a wider wind slab just around a rocky choke, with the slab up to 1’ thick at the widest part of the lens. Ran full path - about 400’.
