Quick report
We skied in the Cascade Pass area and found 2-3” of new snow above 4000’. We found wind-deposited pockets of deeper snow (6-8”). This snow was somewhat consolidated, but we did not find wind slabs or observe cracking. Wind was continuing to transport new snow. There were large wet avalanches debris piles on south-facing slopes, but temperatures were cool and we did not observe any wet loose activity.
