Quick report
Went up to silver peak north bowl in the late afternoon. Spring conditions at pass level, transitioning to winter conditions around 3800’. 5” of medium density powder above 4300’. Pretty well bonded to soft crust beneath. Visibility was poor and couldn’t see the upper bowl. No signs of avalanche activity in the lower bowl, except for a couple remnants of roller balls. Ridgeline between Silver and Annette is starting to get bare. Overall great ski conditions for April but melting fast down low.
